PLEASE READ STEP 7 BEFORE CONTACTING US (IMPORTANT)

1. Please make sure that no Office version has been installed on your pc before. If there is one then uninstall that and restart the PC

2. Then download Office 2021 from the given link below –

OR

Use the key at setup.office.com to download the office software.

3. Once you download the Office 2021 Software then install it

4. After installation is completed open PowerPoint
5. It will ask you to put the product key, enter the key given to you via email from KeysEngine with the subject – “Your KeysEngine order has been received” [Key is at the bottom of the mail] and click on activate.
6. Then it will ask for How you want to activate your software
7. Select the second option- “I want to activate the software by telephone” then click on next (Example Photo Included Below For Reference)



8. Now you have to fill the boxes with the Confirmation ID. Follow below steps for getting the confirmation ID.

Microsoft has enabled only confirmation id for customer side only

Follow the instructions:
1.⁠ ⁠1st Step, they will ask you to confirm the language. If you press ,2 they will continue in hindi or else
in English.
2.⁠ ⁠Microsoft has now moved the installation ID process to
oan nline method
3.⁠ ⁠Website is aka.ms/aoh if you want, Microsoft will
send the text message to your phone as well.
4.⁠ ⁠Go to the website Sign in with your Ms account and
choose ACTIVATE A MICROSOFT PRODUCT (dont click volume
license key Management).
5.⁠ ⁠Choose the product you want to activate (OFFICE/WINDOWS).
6.⁠ ⁠Select Operating System and then Choose office version.
7.⁠ ⁠Enter the installation id and Microsoft will verify the
product and send the confirmation id and product will be
activated.

Or you can type the installation id and send it to us we can
send the confirmation id.
