Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For software products, we do not offer refunds. We only do replacements for non-working licenses. If your license does not work, we’ll help you troubleshoot the issue and if everything fails, we’ll replace it with a new one. Given the nature of the products, a refund is not possible in any condition. We expect you to clear all your doubts and queries with us and make an informed decision before purchasing any product.

Software compatibility is entirely a responsibility of the customer to check as we are the license seller, Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues.

KeysEngine.com does not take responsibility for any underlying local issues with the computer that could prevent the normal functioning of any software.

There is a cancellation charge of 25% which is to be borne by the customer in case of a cancellation of an order if it is requested by the customer.
